Carpet was ripped out and the floor was sanded and stained a beautiful dark walnut. Went with a oil base finish on this floor.
Stair Treads
A set of treads sanded and stained. A lot of wear on the old treads but were brought back to life with a Jacobean stain. Absolutely night and day!
Dark Stains Removed
Dark stains were sanded out and floor was water popped to give the floor a deeper look. Dark walnut stain was used with 4 coats of h2oil.

This beat up floor was brought back to life with this sand. We did a golden oak on red oak. 4 coats of h2oil with a satan sheen

White Oak Stained Dark Walnut
Night and day difference!! We had a white oak floor sanded and stained dark walnut. Definitely one of my favorite floors. We applied 4 coats of h2oil on this.
