A beautiful bathroom install!
Carpet was ripped out and the floor was sanded and stained a beautiful dark walnut. Went with a oil base finish on this floor.
A set of treads sanded and stained. A lot of wear on the old treads but were brought back to life with a Jacobean stain. Absolutely night and day!
Dark stains were sanded out and floor was water popped to give the floor a deeper look. Dark walnut stain was used with 4 coats of h2oil.

Yes that floor is covered in stains! With a process I use most of those stains were removed or covered up. We did a dark walnut on this floor!!
Talk about stain removal! The top pick was a large stain that was sanded out and stained. 100% of the stain was sanded out!!
Night and day difference!! We had a white oak floor sanded and stained dark walnut. Definitely one of my favorite floors. We applied 4 coats of h2oil on this.
